A modern fairytale set within New York’s timeless elegance
Introducing Our #MZBride: In the timeless setting of Westchester Country Club, where classic elegance meets quiet grandeur, our bride Marla stepped into her own modern fairytale.

Wearing the Neva gown, she embodied a vision of effortless romance, each delicate detail catching the light as if it were made just for that moment. Surrounded by sweeping greens and refined architecture, her presence felt both ethereal and deeply grounded, a perfect harmony of strength and softness.

How did you know your Mira Zwillinger dress was ‘the one’

From the moment I saw the dress, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. It was the very first gown that truly took my breath away, and even after seeing many others, nothing compared. When I tried it on again, it felt instinctive, effortless, emotional, and completely me. I knew I wouldn’t feel the same magic in anything else.

What was most important to you when choosing your wedding gown and why?

Feeling like the most elevated version of myself. I wanted a gown that felt timeless yet special, elegant and romantic, something that reflected my personality and made me feel confident, beautiful, and unforgettable on such a meaningful day.

How did you feel when you tried on your Mira Zwillinger gown for the first time after it was
custom-made to your exact measurements?
It was surreal. Seeing the dress perfectly tailored to me made the experience incredibly emotional. I felt so beautiful, filled with joy and love, and completely present, ready to marry the man of my dreams surrounded by the people I love most

What’s one thing you learned during the process of finding your gown that you’d love future brides to know?

Trust your instincts. When a dress is right, you don’t need convincing. You will keepcoming back to it, even when it’s not in front of you. The emotional connection mattersjust as much as how it looks.

What are 3 tips you’d give to any bride planning her big day
?

  1. Start early and give yourself time to enjoy the process.
  2. Focus on what truly matters to you, not outside opinions.
  3. Enjoy all the festivities and planning leading up to the big day with your fiancé and familyand friends. It is truly a special time

Looking back, is there one mistake you made during the planning process and what would you recommend future brides to avoid?

Trying to do too much. I would remind future brides that perfection is not the goal. Being present is what matters most. Let go of unnecessary stress and trust the planning you have done.
