I feel like my dress experience was unique. I knew I wanted a Mira dress. The designs are so unique, delicate, and beautiful. I went to Ladies of Lineage knowing they carried Mira. I actually knew I wanted Joy when I saw the Spring 2025 design releases. However, I tried on dresses in April 2025. I actually, originally, picked Limka. I LOVED Limka!! She was whimsical and fun.
When I went back to get my final measurements in late November, there she was……Joy front and center of the window when we pulled up. I remember telling my mom, “Mom, that’s my dress. That’s the dress I originally wanted.” We knew it was a long shot, but we asked the store if it was possible to switch dresses. It turned out that it was not a long shot after all, it was actually very easy since my dress was not in production yet.
So I went ahead with trying Joy on … .and she was STUNNING! Everything about her!! The train. The flower details. The waist like that continued down the dress. The hem. She was perfect!!
Mira’s and Ladies of Lineage’s teams were fantastic to work with. During a stressful time, communication was great, they had amazing logistics teams, and they made me feel individualized and important during a stressful situation. I received my dress in time to do last minute bridal portraits, but my veil was still stuck.
Mira was already flying to NYC for Bridal Week, so she went ahead and flew with the Joy Veil and had it shipped to me overnight. The veil came the day before my portraits and is by far my favorite thing about my look. Joy the dress is a stunner but that veil MAKES it!!! The circle cut, the train, the details. ALL OF IT! Mira and Lady’s made me feel very special working with them even after already making me feel special finding my wedding dress.
I would recommend a Mira dress not only because they are stunning, light/easy to wear, fun, unique, and different. But also because the Mira team was superb to work with during every step of my wedding dress journey. They made me feel special and important. Buy the dress! Buy a Mira!!! The BEST decision I made (besides saying yes to my husband) was saying yes to a Mira!
